Responsibilities
As Senior Sales Manager at Bislab, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving new business growth in the Norwegian market, with a strong focus on building pipeline and closing deals
- Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and first contact to signed agreement and successful handover
- Proactively identifying, targeting, and engaging potential clients across banking, finance, insurance, telecom, energy, and debt collection
- Establishing and maintaining senior-level relationships to position Bislab as a trusted partner
- Collaborating closely with product and leadership to align customer needs with Bislab’s solutions
- Providing structured market insights and competitive analysis to inform business and product strategy
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven success in complex B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or financial services
- Demonstrated track record of consistently generating pipeline and closing significant new business deals
- Strong understanding of the Norwegian market and preferably an established network within one or more of our core verticals
- Strategic and results-oriented, yet hands-on and comfortable owning the full sales process end-to-end
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, proactive, and motivated by ambitious targets
- Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish, with excellent English skills
