Responsibilities

As Nordic Sales Manager at Bislab, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our market presence across the Nordics
  • Identifying, targeting, and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle
  • Collaborating closely with product teams to align market needs with Bislab's innovative solutions
  • Providing market insights and competitive analysis to inform product strategies and business decisions

Requirements

  • High energy and relentless
  • Experienced sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in technology-driven or financial services markets
  • Strong network within the Nordic region and an ability to rapidly build client relationships
  • Strategic, results-oriented, and able to effectively manage complex sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about representing products that positively impact businesses and society
